Gagne Construction’s team has over 50 years’ experience building in the Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key area. Dan Gagne comes from a family of fine builders. His grandfather was a master builder and his two uncles were all quality builders.

Dan started working for a reputable builder while still in high school and all thru college, getting hands on experience in each phase of the construction process. Working as a carpenter Dan Gagne then became a supervisor and project manager for both residential as well as commercial projects.

In 2001 Gagne Construction officially opened its doors as a design and build firm specializing in new custom coastal homes, additions, home and condo renovations, and commercial projects. Dan’s decades of experience working with the state and local requirements for building on the Islands enables him to coach clients through the entire design, permitting and construction process.
